Inclusion. Belonging. Ambition.

How would we describe our culture at Wilmington plc? We’re committed to promoting positivity, inclusivity and nurturing our people. We focus on supporting, including, developing and valuing everyone who works here, whatever their role and whatever brand they work for. We want to have the best people working for us, and we recognise that to do that, we have to create an environment where people can thrive.

Our culture is built on inclusion and belonging. We have many initiatives dedicated to our people’s wellbeing and professional success, a transparent Diversity & Inclusion strategy, and we’re always taking a proactive approach to what more we can do. We’re a team that spans continents, industries and markets, which means masses of opportunity and a portfolio that brings together talent and expertise you won’t find anywhere else. We have the best people working for us, doing their best work with us. Our values guide us. We take them seriously because they ensure we achieve our goals – whether they’re personal, professional or those of our client. We believe in partnerships, involving and supporting our people so we can collaborate and create an enjoyable place to work. We are trusted partners; we have integrity and always put the customer first.

We’re proud of our many initiatives and our values-driven approach to all we do. We’re a community of our own within the plc, where multiple brands and experts come together to deliver for our clients and determine their own successful careers. Looking after our people is paramount – which is why we take wellbeing very seriously.

We make sure wellbeing is prioritised and communicated to our teams. Join us, and you’ll experience our culture in action:

Hybrid and Remote Working

When considering the balance between personal life and professional duties, the need for adaptability in how, where and when we work has become increasingly apparent. Hybrid working allows us to choose the most suitable environment for the task at hand.

Typically, our employees come into the office twice a week, but this can vary across different teams. All we ask is that team members have a one-to-one discussion with their manager every two weeks, and that teams convene for monthly meetings, preferably in-person wherever possible.

At Wilmington, our approach to hybrid and remote work is underpinned by 5 fundamental pillars.

Whether you're working remotely or in one of our offices, ensure you maintain connections with your colleagues as well as with others.

Mutual flexibility works both ways; it's about your own needs and the needs of your team and the business.

Based on the flexibility of the role, choosing our work-location based on the tasks we are doing can be a great way to get the most from our day.

Fostering trust is crucial to effective and healthy working relationships.

Be proactive with your own wellbeing and supporting others. Take the time to understand the resources we have available, look out for your colleagues, safe-guard your time and respect the time of others.

Our Mission, Vision and Values

Wilmington plc’s vision is something every team member is familiar with. When you join us, you will see that we are a company with rich diversity, experiences, knowledge and perspectives, which powers our innovation and creativity to help our customers to do the right business in the right way.

To find out what our values really mean to our teams, and to find out how we can truly help our customers to do the right business in the right way, we held a series of workshops for our team members to see what makes us, us? Over the course of these workshops, we discovered that there are consistent values that unify us at Wilmington across all of our brands, businesses, countries and divisions. They are:
